Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 29, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PeptideBlog.net (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What this Site is

PeptideBlog.net is an independent, unbranded educational reference. It compiles publicly available information about peptides, including published research, regulatory and developmental status, and dosage or protocol information that circulates in clinical literature, community sources, or elsewhere online, and organizes it with source attribution and an evidence-tier system described on the How We Grade Evidence page.

The Site does not sell any product, has no affiliation with any peptide vendor, manufacturer, or research chemical company, and makes no product recommendations. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy anything.

3. Not medical advice

Content on the Site is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. The inclusion of a dosage figure, protocol, or reported use on this Site does not establish that it is safe, effective, legal to use, or appropriate for any individual. Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare professional before making any decision related to your health.

Dosage and protocol information on the Site documents what has been published in research or reported elsewhere. It is a record of what exists, not a recommendation for what to do. Evidence tiers exist specifically to help you tell the difference between a peer-reviewed clinical finding and an anecdote from a forum. They do not certify that any tier of evidence is sufficient grounds for personal use.

4. Accuracy and no warranty

We make a good-faith effort to source, label, and update information accurately, and we name our sources so you can verify them yourself. However, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Research changes, regulatory status changes, and a source cited on this Site may later be corrected, retracted, or superseded. You are responsible for independently verifying anything you rely on.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s original written content, evidence-tier framework, page structure, and design are owned by the Site’s operator and may not be reproduced, republished, or redistributed without permission, except for brief quotation with attribution as permitted by fair use. Third-party content we cite, such as studies, government data, trademarks, and compound names, remains the property of its respective owners. Our use of it is for commentary, education, and citation.

6. Third-party links

The Site links to external sources, such as published studies, government databases, regulatory filings, and other reference material, for verification purposes. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of external sites we link to.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeptideBlog.net and its operators are not liable for any damages, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from your use of, or reliance on, information on the Site, including any decision you make about a substance based on information found here.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date above.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the Contact page.
