Reconstitution Calculator

A reconstitution calculator for peptide, HCG, and HGH vials on a standard U-100 insulin syringe. Enter what’s on your vial and syringe and it does the arithmetic. It does not suggest an amount, a schedule, or a protocol, and it does not store or send anything you type.

Educational tool, not medical advice. This calculator converts between vial content, added liquid, and draw amount. It does not tell you what amount is appropriate, safe, or effective for any purpose, and inclusion of a compound type here is not an endorsement or recommendation. Consult a qualified, licensed healthcare professional about anything concerning your own health.

How to read the result

“Draw volume” starts from the amount already in the vial, how much liquid was added, and the single dose you want, and returns where to draw to on the syringe barrel. “How much water” runs the same math in reverse: pick a round number on the syringe you’d like each dose to land on, and it returns how much liquid to add to the vial.

IU (international units) measures potency, not mass, and the conversion between the two is different for every compound. This tool does not include a general-purpose IU-to-mg converter for that reason. The one fixed exception is HGH (somatropin), where 1 mg is a standard 3 IU; every other unit shown is a direct read of what was entered.
